Combined cycle power plant

Meta Power Systems offers high-performance and customized combined cycle plants to meet customers' diverse needs. Combined cycle power plants are mainly composed of a gas turbine generator, a heat recovery steam generator (HRSG), and a steam turbine. The gas turbine generates electricity while the waste heat is used to produce steam to generate additional electricity via the steam turbine. Combined cycles convert 40% or more of the fuel energy into electricity and, if supplementary firing is also employed, provide more flexibility for the CHP systems.

The application of combined cycle technology is particularly suited to sites that require higher electricity demand and both low or high pressure steam. The combination of the gas turbine and steam turbine cycles enhances the efficiency of the plant and contributes to low lifecycle costs.
